Papaya
Papayas grow in tropical climates and are also known as papaws or pawpaw’s. Their sweet taste, vibrant color, and the wide variety of health benefits they provide make them a popular fruit.
Believed to have originated in southern Mexico (particularly Chiapas and Veracruz), the papaya is a delicious fruit, easy to digest, soft and very tasty. It is rich in vitamins C and A, contains calcium, potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
